A 75,000 sq. ft. office building for a Fortune 500 client. The property was developed in 2003.

Indian Brook Drive

a 100,000 sq. ft. medical office building net leased to a regional hospital. The property was completed in 2008.

230 Corporate Drive

A build-to-suit office and warehouse completed in 2003.

110 Corporate Drive

Renovation of the former Pease Air Force Base School building into 55,000 square feet of new office space. The project was undertaken in 2002.

125 Aviation Avenue

A 64,500 square foot manufacturing building initiated with one anchor tenant and subsequently fully occupied. The property was developed in 1999.
